AN OVERVIEW OF THE APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR PERMIT<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

With most projects no longer needing Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC) approval, the Union Government has introduced a fast-track way to set up a business in Myanmar. Investors can apply to the MIC or the State and Regional investment committee for an Endorsement of an investment proposal.<\/p>\n

The following procedure is valid for most kinds of investment applications. The process might slightly vary depending on the type of investment.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    STAGE 1: COLLECT INFORMATION FROM DICA<\/h3>

    Seek advice and information from DICA<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

    STAGE 2: PREPARE DOCUMENTS<\/h3>

    Buy Endorsement Application form then fill in forms and submit to the MIC or the KIC.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

    STAGE 3: DICA ASSESSES THE APPLICATION PACKAGE<\/h3>

    Review by Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC) or the KIC.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

    STAGE 4: OBTAINING RESULTS<\/h3>
